If you were planning on seeing this movie sometime in the near future, I politely invite you to reconsider.
I went to this movie expecting some good laughs and an interesting flick, but I was sadly disappointed.
The movie wasn’t funny. Period. The end. I think I may have laughed a grand total of five times, which is saying something, because I will pretty much laugh at anything. ‘Funny People’ turned out to be more of a drama than a comedy. And it wasn’t even a good drama. It makes me sad that I wasted over two hours of my life and $16 of my boyfriend’s money on this movie.
Like I said, please consider going and seeing another movie.
On a different note, it looks like there are a lot of REALLY good movies coming out at the end of this year. Can’t wait! :)
